Discoverability
Indexing & Abstracting
JAISI is committed to making its content as discoverable as possible while representing its indexing status honestly. We list only the services in which the journal genuinely participates, and we mark clearly those for which application is planned or in progress.
Live & enabled
- Google Scholar — articles expose Scholar-compatible metadata and become discoverable as content is published.
- OAI-PMH — the journal exposes an Open Archives Initiative metadata endpoint for harvesting by aggregators and discovery services.
- Open metadata — Dublin Core and JATS metadata are emitted for every article, supporting harvesting by services such as OpenAIRE and BASE.
Planned / application in progress
As a new title, JAISI will apply to the following as eligibility requirements (typically a minimum publication history and a stable cadence) are met. These are not current claims of inclusion:
- DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) — after the required publication history.
- Crossref / DOI registration — for persistent identifiers on all articles.
- ISSN — application to the national ISSN centre; the assigned ISSN will be published here once issued. [[OWNER: ISSN — omit until assigned]]
- Additional scholarly indexes for which the journal qualifies over time.
A note on integrity. We deliberately do not list databases the journal is not part of. Inflated or false indexing claims are a well-known marker of predatory publishing and are grounds for rejection by reputable indexes; we would rather under-claim than mislead authors.
