Open Access Policy
Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Social Inquiry (JAISI) provides immediate open access to all of its content on the principle that making research freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Our commitment
- All articles are free to read, download and share from the moment of publication — no subscription, no paywall, no embargo.
- Articles are published under CC BY 4.0; authors retain copyright.
- Metadata is openly available for harvesting (OAI-PMH, Dublin Core, JATS) to maximise discoverability — see Indexing & Abstracting.
- Content is preserved for the long term so it remains accessible — see Archiving Policy.
Open-access model & charges
The journal's open-access model and any associated charges (with available waivers) are described transparently on the Article Processing Charges and Waiver Policy pages.
This policy aligns with the spirit of the Budapest Open Access Initiative. Questions: jaisi@aiagepress.com.
