About Journal of Law, Artificial Intelligence and Society (JLAIS)

Journal of Law, Artificial Intelligence and Society (JLAIS) is a peer-reviewed, fully open-access journal published by AI Age Press. It publishes original research, review articles and scholarly commentary on the intersection of artificial intelligence with law, governance and society.

All articles are published immediately on acceptance and production under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence; authors retain copyright. There are no paywalls and no reader or library subscription fees. Metadata is openly available for harvesting to maximise discoverability.
