Authors retain copyright

Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant JLAIS a licence to publish the article. There is no transfer of copyright to the publisher.

What CC BY 4.0 means for readers

  • Anyone may copy, redistribute, remix, transform and build upon the article in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes.
  • Reusers must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the licence, and indicate if changes were made.
  • No additional restrictions may be applied that legally restrict others from doing anything the licence permits.

Author warranties
