Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only where JLAIS charges a fee (for example an article-processing charge). It explains when and how charges may be refunded.

Principles

• Charges, where applicable, are requested only after acceptance; entering peer review carries no fee unless stated otherwise.
• Editorial decisions are never affected by payment.

Refund terms

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be emailed to jlais@aiagepress.com with the article title and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
